SHIPPING POLICY

Camp Four strives to deliver your purchases in the fastest, most cost-effective manner. Please allow 1-5 business days for us to process your order and get it on its way to you. CAMP FOUR ships and delivers Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. All products are shipped by Canada Post.

Other shipping methods or overnight delivery (addresses within Canada) are available upon request.

SHIPPING RATES

$15.00 flat rate for Canada and US purchases We'll ship your tracked package and depending on your location, your order should be delivered within 3-10 business days. Due to current circumstances, some shipments may arrive later than expected.

All postal shipments to the U.S. now require prepaid duties, taxes and tariffs before your package crosses the border – regardless of their value. We understand that this can create unexpected costs and frustration for our valued customers, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

At Camp Four, we strive to provide the best products and services while being transparent about any factors that may affect your shopping experience.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently our website is only set up to ship within Canada and the US but we are happy to ship internationally too! Just email us at campfourcompany@gmail.com and we can get back to you with a shipping quote for your area. Shipments crossing international borders including to the USA can be detained by the country's customs agency and duties and taxes may be charged. We regret these delays and charges are beyond our control.
